Reimbursements are kept beside the hours and go out with the next submission (its total shows hours and reimbursements separately); each entry can be edited, removed while open, marked submitted, and marked processed once Josh has paid it back, with its history kept. An end time earlier than the start counts as past midnight. Edit fixes a block's date, times or label, submitted ones included; every change is kept in that block's history (what, when, who).
